Veteran musician Andrew Clermont is known throughout the land as a ‘monster player’ on whatever instrument he chooses to pick up at the time. As a ‘hired gun’ and session musician he has a formidable list of credits with Australian and overseas acts. Andrew has long been one of the driving forces in bluegrass in Australia, taking his ‘Bluegrass Meltdown’ show to festivals across the land, and winning several flat-picking guitar titles at Tamworth Country Music Festival. As a bluegrass musician, his blistering fiddle and mandolin solos, as well as his warm vocal on favorites new & old, help drive the Lawnmowers to new heights.

Andrew also currently works with internationally acclaimed Indian musician Dya Singh, whose touring schedule takes him all over the world year after year. He is also part of ‘Totally Gourdgeous’, an eclectic collection of well known Australian performers with a unique look and sound who are also festival favorites in Australia and Europe. Lastly, Andrew is a member of ‘The Fiddlers Festival’, an entourage of Australia’s elite fiddle players who take to the road en masse several times a year.
